Day 1 — Kigali to Huye via Nyanza

Day 2 — Huye to Nyungwe Forest

Early departure west on the RN6 to Nyungwe (2 hrs). Morning chimpanzee tracking walk (book permits in advance through RDB). Afternoon on the canopy walkway -- a 200-metre suspended bridge 60 metres above the forest floor. Return to Huye or overnight at a Nyungwe lodge inside the park.

Day 3 — Huye Coffee & Return to Kigali

Morning visit to the Huye Mountain Coffee washing station for a 2-hour farm-to-cup tour. Browse the university campus arboretum, then drive back to Kigali on the RN1 (2.5 hrs). Drop the car at your hotel or Kigali International Airport.
